One closing lot's booking facts — ClosedLotExcursionFacts (RULING A48).

Handed to pf_native_callbacks_v1::on_lot_excursion, whose two outputs are the favorable and adverse magnitudes the closing row then carries. Facts in, magnitudes out: nothing about the host's price model crosses the boundary in either direction. The two entry-bar masks are what strategy_native_declare_opened_lot_entry_bar_mask_v1 derived for the lot, and 0 for a lot nobody declared. The additive tail's entry_commission is the entry-fee share already carried by this closing slice.
